Services Description

Ortiz Boot & Shoe Repair provides professional footwear restoration services including but not limited to resoling, heel repair, leather conditioning, stretching, hardware replacement, and emergency repairs. All services are performed by skilled craftspeople using quality materials and traditional techniques.

Service Terms and Conditions

Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual repair requirements discovered during work
  • Emergency same-day service includes premium pricing as disclosed
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made

Repair Process and Timeline

  • Standard repair turnaround is 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified
  • Emergency same-day service is subject to availability and repair complexity
  • We will contact you if repairs will take longer than estimated
  • Completed repairs must be picked up within 30 days or storage fees may apply

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact information for repair notifications
  • Disclose any previous repairs or modifications to footwear
  • Remove all personal items from shoes before drop-off
  • Pick up completed repairs within the specified timeframe

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your footwear during the repair process, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage not disclosed at time of drop-off
  • Damage that occurs due to the age or condition of the footwear
  • Color variations in leather repairs due to aging or previous treatments
  • Inability to achieve perfect matches with discontinued materials
  • Normal wear and tear following repair completion

Quality Standards

We stand behind the quality of our work and use only premium materials. If you are not satisfied with a repair, please contact us within 7 days of pickup to discuss resolution options. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services.

Unclaimed Items

Items not claimed within 90 days of completion notification will be considered abandoned. After this period, we reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed items to recover storage costs. We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers before disposal.

Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ortiz Boot & Shoe Repair and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution
